U.S. - West Africa (BAF):

Effective May 9, 2011, Atlantic Container Line's BAF for the West African Direct Service and West African Transshipment service: $425 per 20ft and $850 per 40ft.

OTHER:

Westbound Security Fee - Increase February 2012:

Effective February 1, 2012, where Atlantic Container Line is required to perform multiple filings on behalf of a shipper to the USC or CBSA, the below level will be assessed. The amount will also be invoiced for filing the Master Bill in addition to the associated splits and NVO house bills.

Brokerage Changes:

Containerized Cargo moving Crossborder where applicable, brokerage payable on containerized U.S. cargo moving via Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, will be:

$20 per 20ft Container
$40 per 40ft Container

Non-Containerizable Cargo from USEC to Continental Ports where applicable, Freight Forwarders Compensation payable on non-containerizable cargo moving to Continental ports will be:

2% of the port-to-port rate

Currency Adjustment Factor(CAF):

0% remains unchanged

Penalty & Admin Charge - for Placarding Hazardous Shipments:

Effective November 1, 2010, where ACL is required to correct hazardous placards/stencils on behalf of the Shipper, a Penalty and Administration Charge of $300 will be applied. The aforementioned charge will be assessed in addition to all third party costs.
