WAF BAF Increase August 1, 2008
Effective August 1, 2008, Atlantic Container Line will increase the BAF for the West African Direct Service and West African Transshipment service from $550/20’ and $1100/40’ to $735/20’ and $1470/40’.
1) Brokerage Changes : April 1st 2008
Containerized Cargo moving Crossborder
Where applicable, brokerage payable on containerized US cargo moving via Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, will be:

| USD 40.00 per 40ft Container |

Non-Containerizable Cargo from USEC to Continental Ports
Where applicable, Freight Forwarders Compensation payable on non-containerizable cargo moving to Continental ports will be:
| 2.00 per cent of the port-to-port rate |

2) North American Inland Fuel Surcharges
Effective July 1st 2008, valid through August 31st 2008, ACL will be assessing its North American fuel related surcharges(USIFS & CIFS) as noted below.

Effective July 1st 2008, until further notice, the following levels will be assessed :

4) Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)
Based on the latest monitoring exercise, CAF will remain unchanged at 12% (Twelve per cent) through June 30th, 2008.
Thereafter, until further notice, it will be assessed at 0.00 % ( zero per cent )
