The 3M Logistics Organization has nominated ACL as one of limited number of exemplary suppliers to be recognized for world-class performance for products and/or services. Suppliers are identified and rated based on newly established Supplier Engagement Model criteria including strategic spend, contract compliance, actions taken to improve 3M’s competitiveness, and overall supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost, technology roadmaps).
At the Global Summit Meeting, ACL was presented with the Bronze Award for 3M’s Logistics Partner Program 2024. ACL’s Andy Abbott accepted the award saying “while ACL is a smaller carrier, we are people-oriented and this award belongs to our customer service team, as well as our sales group and port operations. They all work together to understand 3M’s transportation needs and it is gratifying that 3M recognizes our capabilities. I am proud to accept this on behalf of all of us.”
Ania Adamczyk, 3M’s Global Ocean Program Modal Lead commented, “ACL’s strong service reliability on the Trans-Atlantic trade, overall customer service responsiveness (both on the local/regional and Global Account Management level) along with ease of booking/equipment and space availability makes you stand out. We are excited to have you as partners along on 3M’s Transformative Journey!”
