A 40-Meter Boat Mast Has A Smooth ACL Sailing To Hamburg

Recently, ACL transported a 40-meter boat mast and boom, which sailed from the Port of New York and New Jersey into the Port of Hamburg. It was then transported to a local shipyard.

The lengthy and lean boat mast was driven directly onto the Atlantic Sky via her 420 metric ton capacity stern ramp. It was mounted and safely secured in ACL’s RORO garage deck for its transatlantic voyage.

Upon arrival in Germany, the mast and accompanying parts were quickly processed and discharged for installation onto the personal yacht of a local boating enthusiast.

Once again, this shipment demonstrates the full range of ACL’s capabilities to safely handle oversized cargo. Whatever the size, weight or shape, all cargo is placed in ACL’s spacious garage decks for the ultimate in protection against the elements.
