ACL Electronic Bill of Lading Trading Partner Agreement

This letter is to confirm our agreement to transmit our ACL Bill of Lading and Invoice to your company using standard internet e-mail. The documents will be attached in a PDF format readable and printable using Adobe Acrobat. These electronic transmissions replace the normal paper documentation and are governed by the terms and conditions of Atlantic Container Lines Ocean Bill of Lading which are on file with FMC and available via our ACLcargo.com website.

Atlantic Container Line will publish any new or amended terms and conditions via our website, shipments will be subject to the version in effect on the bill of lading date.

In setting up this Trading Partner Agreement your Company agrees to abide by the Atlantic Container Line Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions and agrees that no additions/omissions or changes of any type will be made to the transmission data, amendments can only be made by Atlantic Container Line and upon surrender of any previously printed documents.
